The Afrobarometer Round 6 survey in Uganda was conducted between May 6 - 28, 2015 in 95 of the 112 districts, and covered 300 villages randomly selected across the country in proportion to the latest 2014 national population and household census. Results indicate that trust in political parties has increased over the last decade. The survey shows that corruption appears to erode trust in Uganda's public institutions. Results further show that government anti-corruption efforts are seen to be inadequate and that the majority of citizens think there is nothing ordinary people can do to fight corruption. The survey also shows that trust in state institutions remains high despite  increased perceptions of corruption in state institutions.
